DDB TOWER, LAGOS

A three tier mixed use project compromising of parking on the lower floors for the, commercial offices above, and five floors of residential apartments taking advantage of the panoramic views on the higher levels. This project had the unique opportunity to explore the consequences of urban densification where the combination of up market residential units meet modern commercial lifestyle.
